CIA's founder and
principal consultant, Terri G. Trent, brings 20+ years of diverse
human resources and organizational development experience. Terri
has led change efforts in numerous industries, including: municipal
governments, higher education, hospitals, management consulting
firms, an airline, as well as numerous manufacturing firms. She
is supported by her current status as a Ph.D. candidate at Capella
University, where she is researching leadership development; and
MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management; and a
BA in Speech Communication. She also possesses numerous professional
certifications, including a qualification in the MBTI.
